Dividend Payout Election
|

This
benefit will allow you to have the dividends allocated on the Company Stock
portion of your account paid to you in cash. For more information on
the Dividend Payout Election, please review the Question and Answer
documents below for each plan.
|
|
|
|
You
do not need to take any action if you want to continue to have your
dividends reinvested in TSFG stock within the plan. Unless you complete
and return the Dividend Payout Election Form below, your dividends will
continue to be reinvested within the plan. Reinvesting the dividends in
the plan is consistent with the typical retirement savings plan goal of
long-term savings within a qualified retirement plan.

If
you would like to receive cash payments of quarterly dividends
attributable to your shares of TSFG stock in either the 401(k) Plan or
the ESOP, you must complete the appropriate form below. Each plan has a
separate election form. If you would like to receive a cash payment of
quarterly dividends attributable to your shares of TSFG stock in both
the 401(k) Plan and the ESOP, you must complete both forms. However,
you may choose to elect to receive cash payment of dividends in only
one plan.

If
you want to make a Dividend Payout Election for the
upcoming calendar year, you must complete the appropriate
form(s) below and return to TSFG no later than January
3rd of the year for which you are making the election. Note that
your election will continue to apply to all dividends
earned on these shares for the year and may not be
changed after January 3rd. Each year you must make
a new election with respect to that year's dividends.
